ST. LOUIS R&D CENTER

State-of-the-art lab for a broad spectrum of processed cheese products.


At Allied Blending’s St. Louis lab anti-caking systems and processed cheese products are formulated and evaluated. Our lab has the ability to utilize all types of raw material for physical attributes and functionality, including a pilot scale cheese cooking operation. Allied Blending is also associated with the Danforth Plant Science Center that gives the Company access to new technologies in plant- based ingredients.

TORTILLA INNOVATION CENTER

Allied Blending LP’s Tortilla Innovation Center resides in its Bell, CA facility. From mixer to cooling conveyor line, this facility does it all. Allied Blending LP evaluates tortilla formulations in an actual manufacturing setting, producing finished tortillas that are ready to eat and evaluate.
